First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) customer service is 600 52 5500 inside the UAE and +971 2 681 1511 from abroad. A 600 number is charged at the local call rate, so the call is not free. Elite and Private Banking clients call the toll-free 800 40000, and FAB Islamic customers call 800 2200.

Many people assume every bank hotline is free. FAB's main line starts with 600, which is charged at the local rate. FAB keeps its toll-free 800 numbers for specific customers: 800 40000 for Elite and Private Banking and 800 2200 for FAB Islamic.
